Crystal Reiki
Crystal Reiki this is a beautiful yet powerful treatment. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the unseen "life force energy" that flows through the body. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Crystals vibrate at different frequencies, When laid on the body we can "tune in" to these frequencies and restore our own delicate vibrational frequency.
I also incorporate sound bowls and tuning forks into the reiki treatments to create a unique healing experience.
I am a Reiki Master- Teacher and a qualified Pro-Crystal Healer. I combine the healing vibration of crystals in my Reiki treatments for an holistic experience like no other!
Clinical Massage Therapies
Clinical Massage incorporates a range of techniques that target the mid to deeper layers of muscles, tendons and facia to release chronic muscle fatigue. It boosts your energetic system, reducing stress hormone levels and lowering your heart rate, and promotes relaxation by triggering the release of oxytocin and serotonin. I also include an element of Lymphatic Massage to increase the flow of lymph in the body, reducing the presence of toxins in your body.
Lymphatic Massage uses lighter pressure and works to improve the flow of lymph in the body. It helps to fight off infections, reduce water retention and boosts weight loss by stimulating your metabolic rate.
Both are perfect for a 90 min full body or a 60min Back, Neck Shoulders or Back & Legs
Reflexology
Clinical Reflexology this a fantastic holistic therapy that can help to restore and heal the body on all levels; emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.
Reflexology works by applying specific pressure to reflex points usually on the feet or on the hands where all the internal organs are mapped or mirrored.
When your body's energy systems are out of alignment your body cannot work effectively. Reflexology aligns and releases blocks within your energy meridians and pathways to maintain the balance between all these systems.
Specialised Massage Therapies
Pregnancy Massage is a huge benefit throughout your pregnancy as your body goes through a magical transformation! Eases aches and discomfort and helps you to relax and produce feel good endorphins...which are then passed onto your baby!! My pregnancy bolster that allows you to lie prone (face down) during your 1st and 2nd trimester.
Indian Head Massage is a deeply relaxing seated treatment in which upper back, neck shoulders and the head are gently worked to ease tension, remove toxins and improve the immune system.
Specialised Massage Therapies
Hot Stones Add the use of Hot Stones to your massage for £7.50. Hot stones relief muscle tension and pain as well as inflammation. They are relaxing and reduce stress and anxiety. Perfect in the Autumnal and Winter months.
Clinical Aromatherapy. Add a beautiful blend of oils to your massage for £5.00. Each oil has different therapeutic properties that can stimulate, calm or balance. This services can be added on request. I use Neals Yard Organic oils in my treatments.
