· We will do a guided meditation to meet the “spirit” or “consciousness” of your crystals.
· You will learn about your aura and chakra energy centres
· There will be interactive activities that you can integrate into your daily life to keep your energy clear, vital and active!
· You will receive your own crystal to work with on the evening.
